When the designer opens, a Create Your Design dialog appears. Select your cup type (Single Wall / Double Wall), pick the 7 oz size, choose your order quantity and click Continue to Design.

The screen is divided into three zones: the left sidebar (tool buttons), the center canvas (your design area), and the 3D preview panel on the right. All changes you make on the canvas appear instantly on the 3D cup.

Use the zoom controls at the bottom of the canvas to zoom in/out. Click the icon to fit the design to your screen. Click any object to select, drag to move, and use corner handles to resize.

Click Backgrounds in the sidebar. Pick a color from the palette or enter a custom hex code. The entire canvas background changes immediately.

Open Shapes panel to add basic geometric shapes (rectangle, circle, triangle). Click a shape to place it on the canvas, then resize, rotate, or recolor it using the toolbar that appears at the top.

Open Patterns panel and filter by category (Floral, Geometric, Animals…). Click a pattern to apply it as a seamless background. Use the Themes button to change the color scheme of the pattern.

Click Images in the sidebar, then drag & drop or browse for a JPG / PNG / SVG file. Uploaded images appear in the grid below — click any thumbnail to add it to the canvas.

Open the Text panel. Choose a font family, size, color and style (bold / italic / underline), then click Add Text. Double-click any text on the canvas to edit it inline.

Select a text object on the canvas. The context toolbar at the top will show font, size, color, bold, italic, alignment and opacity controls — adjust them on the fly without opening the panel.

Open the Graphics panel. Filter by category: Packaging (recycling, handling, hazard symbols), Shapes, Icons, or Illustrations. Click any graphic to add it to the canvas — it loads as a scalable vector.

Select an object and use the context toolbar buttons to Bring Forward, Send Backward, duplicate or delete. Hold Shift and click to select multiple objects.

The 3D View panel on the right shows a real-time preview of your design wrapped around a paper cup. Every change you make on the canvas is reflected instantly.

Click and drag inside the 3D panel to rotate the cup 360°. This lets you inspect how the design looks from every angle — including the seam join area.

Click Hide 3D View inside the panel (or Show 3D View button at the bottom) to toggle the 3D panel and give your canvas more workspace.

Click SAVE DESIGN in the header and choose PNG Download to export a high-resolution (300 DPI equivalent) flat image of your canvas, suitable for digital proofing.

Choose PDF Download to get a print-ready A4 PDF. This is the recommended format to send to our production team for printing.

Click SEND TO WHATSAPP in the header. Your PDF will be prepared and downloaded automatically. Then tap the WhatsApp link to open a chat with our team and attach the file — we'll take it from there!
